In the event of the discovery of a fraudulent or altered Test Report Form being provided to any Recognising Organisations or government authorities, I consent to the EXAMLOG Test Partners notifying them and disclosing my data and any pertinent details of my test submissions.
I am aware that my personal data may be used in an anonymized format for statistical and research purposes by the EXAMLOG Test Partners. The EXAMLOG Test Partners and test administering centers assure the confidentiality of my personal information, except as disclosed in this declaration or as required by law.
I understand that incomplete details on this form may result in the non-processing of my application. I acknowledge that submission of this application does not ensure enrollment on my preferred test date or location. Confirmation of my registration will be issued within 24 hours, and I will be notified if a test date is not available within 28 days of my application.
I have read the EXAMLOG Notice to Candidates and agree to comply with all stipulated rules and regulations.
I am aware that there may be additional local terms and conditions to which I must adhere, and that the test center will provide these upon request.
I understand that attendance at all components of the test is mandatory to receive an EXAMLOG test result, barring any exceptions pre-approved by the center.
I recognize that the EXAMLOG Test Partners are obligated to maintain the trust and accuracy of test results for all candidates and recognized organizations. They reserve the right to withhold or cancel test results if they suspect malpractice or any irregularities in the test process.
I understand that if another individual attempts to take the EXAMLOG test on my behalf, both the individual and I will face legal consequences. Relevant details may be disclosed to authorities, including visa processing and regulatory bodies.
I acknowledge that all work produced during the EXAMLOG test is the intellectual property of the EXAMLOG Test Partners and will not be released to any parties, except as part of an investigation into suspected malpractice, where it may be shared with relevant authorities.
